How to order online?

After selecting the product you wish to order from the audreyburn.fr online store, please click "Add to cart" and indicate the desired quantity. You can view and/or modify the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon on any page of the site, in the top right corner. By clicking the "View Cart" button, you can validate or modify your cart and then proceed with the purchase. Once payment is complete, a thank you page will appear with your order number, indicating that your order has been registered. A confirmation will also be sent to you by email.

What are the delivery times and costs?

Orders placed on the audreyburn.fr online boutique are prepared by beauty ambassadors and delivered to mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.

This system allows parcels to be delivered within 1 to 5 working days from order confirmation.



DELIVERY OPTIONS:

TNT express delivery within 1 to 3 working days (€10, free for orders over €90).
Delivery Monday to Saturday in most cases before 1 p.m.
You will be notified of the delivery date by email on the day the package is collected by TNT.

In the event of a planned absence, you can schedule a new delivery or change the delivery address within the same department.
If the carrier notes an absence, you will receive a message inviting you to schedule a new delivery.

Pick up from the post office within 2 to 5 working days (€6.50, free for orders over €90).
You will be notified by email and SMS when your package is ready for collection at the post office of your choice.

COLISWEB delivery, courier by appointment (€20). Delivery from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (two-hour time slots). Subject to the delivery address being served (see list of cities served in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale). You will be notified by SMS when your package is collected.

In what packaging is an order delivered?

Each order is prepared with the greatest care and delivered in an AudreyBurn Paris box.

How to track an order?

The tracking link is displayed in the shipping confirmation email you receive from us. If you have an account, this link is also available on our website under My Account and then "Orders."

Can I return or exchange a product purchased online in store?

Products purchased online cannot be returned to an authorized AudreyBurn Paris distributor. Similarly, a product purchased from an authorized AudreyBurn Paris distributor cannot be returned online.
